Structural Originals
I translate drawings into three-dimensional environments that establish scale, structure, and spatial logic. Each form is modeled, adjusted, and placed through direct decisions. These works may function as process evidence or, when resolved independently, as autonomous Structural Originals.
Structural Originals
Structural Originals are resolved three-dimensional environments developed through modeling, spatial construction, lighting, and direct revision. Each work is intentionally completed and presented as an autonomous artwork rather than as process documentation or an unfinished build. A Structural Original may later support a Temporal Original or painting while remaining complete in its own form.
Purpose: Present resolved three-dimensional environments as independent works with their own title, final image, and exhibition status.
Embedded Flow | Digital 3D render | 2024
Status: Final Category: Structural Original
Function: Autonomous exhibited work
Medium: Digital 3D image / Blender render
Authored elements: structure, scale, spatial logic, object placement, lighting, composition
Presentation: one resolved final image, clean and uninterrupted
Relation to later works: may support later studies or paintings, but is not subordinate to them

Process Images
Process Images present exploratory studies used to test atmosphere, light, weather, growth, erosion, and composition. They show how the work develops through comparison, revision, and selection.
Purpose: Explore possibilities, compare alternatives, and make developmental decisions.
Working Construction
Working Construction presents the three-dimensional models and in-progress structural builds that establish scale, form, and spatial logic. This section shows how the environment is constructed before it is developed into later studies or finished works.
Purpose: Build the structure and establish its scale, geometry, object placement, and spatial logic.
